Refund Policy

Due to health and safety concerns we do not accept returns on any homemade products.  We have a no refund policy on all products unless our company sends you the wrong items of purchase or product is spolied upon arrival.  Our refunds are in the form of a store credit or we will replace the product provided pictures of product describing the reason for a store credit or return upon product arrival.  Please keep in mind that this is hand crafted soap/products and depending on the process from which it is made, product may very in color, and texture.  Minor bar imperfections are apart of the handmade soap process and do not take away from the integrity of the product therefore,  will not merit a refund(store credit) or replacement.  Our customers pay for quality alone and we greatly appreciate all support!
